Firefighters Show Love For Healthcare Workers – GNSOTD Mon, Apr 13th 2020

No one recognizes the difficulty of being a front-line emergency care provider quite like another, that might be why a group of Wisconsin Firefighters decided to put on a display to show the Healthcare workers out there how they feel about them.

They did it with a bunch of fire engines in the shape of a heart.

The town of Sheboygan Fire Department said on their Facebook page they were joining in with others as part of the #HeartsForHealthCare trend to support those trying to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Tonight we join others in sharing #heartsforhealthcare ❤️

Most people are joining the trend, simply, by hanging pink heart shapes on their front doors, or drawing hearts on the sidewalk or driveway with chalk, all in support of healthcare workers, but these firefighters went above and beyond; literally! With drone footage!

The department had asked in a post earlier in the week for this message to be shared far and wide, and with their video they are succeeding in making it so! So we’ll pass the message along to you, if you decide to pass it on is up to you!

It’s your Good News Story of the Day, it’s kindness and support for those who are working hardest to keep others safe during this Pandemic. Find it in full here. These healthcare workers may lack in sleep and supplies, but they do not lack in support. Spread the HeartsForHealthcare message!
