Fog Advisory And Risk Of Freezing Drizzle Tuesday Nov 19th 2019

Hovering just above the freezing mark this morning could be a good news, bad news situation, the bad news is there is some near zero visibility fog out there, the good news is the areas that are above freezing are avoiding some freezing dizzle, but if it drops below you are advised to exert caution. Environment Canada has issued a Fog Advisory, with a Freezing Rain caveat, for Brantford, Brant County, and surrounding regions, this morning.

Near zero visibility in fog continues this morning.

Additionally there is a risk of freezing drizzle this morning where temperatures have fallen below the freezing mark. Untreated surfaces may become slippery.

Conditions will improve through the morning.

Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.

More good news is this should not last long through the morning as the temperature rises! Stick it out, stay safe, and enjoy your Tuesday.
